At this stage, you will start as a consultant by understanding the client's business and organizational needs, developing the relationship with the client, and precisely defining your roles and the client's roles. At this stage, as a consultant, you will delve into the depths of the organization, performance, the work itself, and its staff in order to gather all the data and information required to understand the current and desired situation in all its merits from different perspectives. You will analyze issues using the information you collected in a way that sets things straight according to the facts.
At this stage, as a consultant, you will focus on the areas of change and provide the client with the identification of causes and consequences, then you will interpret them. You will also provide the client with effective suggestions, accompany them to identify all the next steps, and adjust the objectives if necessary, taking into account all the sensitive information, dealing with resistance, and any other issues that come your way. This stage contributes to generating amazing positive energy in the organization and its staff
As a consultant, you will design the solutions that meet the needs of organizations, unite their systems, staff, and efforts, and demonstrate the power of change by engaging with all stakeholders in the process. You do not just stop there, but rather you put your hands in the hands of the client to implement all the required changes, as you are the main partner in the process. You remain in constant contact with stakeholders to follow up progress and supervise achieved results until the organization achieves its agreed goals and objectives.
This is the final stage, and your role as a consultant lies in interpreting the end results in many ways. You evaluate the results, identify the lessons learned, and prepare follow-up plans for continued support. You do not just stop there, but rather you provide organizations and individuals with unique improvement tools to continue achieving the highest results in the future. New variables that need to be addressed may be revealed, so you explain them to the client and discuss them with transparency and credibility that contribute to achieving satisfactory results for all parties. First Stage: Introducing Coaching Sessions

Our MMB® coaching model has been developed based on years of experience and studies. It is a combination of several different coaching philosophies and methods. You will notice from reading for different authors sharing their models that many of the models have similar steps; however, there may be subtle differences in definitions or focus points.
Although our model is consistent with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), we all believe that the client is the expert in their life and work, and we respect this through our coaching approach. However, we differ in defining activities within each step of the coaching map to blend with our unique consulting business model.
This stage begins with your own expert "coach".
The coaching program starts with a "deep strategy call" with your clarity coach, where you get detailed information about your business, goals, vision, and future dreams. During this session, you will develop a detailed step-by-step strategic plan that you can start working on immediately in order to build momentum and progress in your business. At this stage, you will have weekly private coaching conversations with your coach to continue working and refining your plan to ensure success.

The Second Stage: Optional Ongoing Support
We don't throw you into the sea and expect you to swim. Many of our consultant clients in MMB® community make their biggest strides and gain in the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth month. This is because we continue to adjust and improve the foundation that was established in the first eight weeks. Also, delivering this phase is to continue achieving satisfactory results in the long term.
It is what you get in the ongoing support phase that leads the most successful athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs to make coaching and mentoring an ongoing commitment and part of their lives. This gives them the advantage of staying ahead of their competitors.
After the first eight weeks, you will have the option to continue the improvement phase of the Consultant Coaching program. We will continue to work with you to support your business growth and help you reach your next level goals. They are direct calls to the monthly workshop, where an MMB® consultant and their special guests present a powerful consulting workshop (on Zoom app), followed by live Q&A and immediate reinforcement coaching. We will personally answer your questions. Ask as many questions as you want, and our expert consultant and expert coaching team will be there for as long as possible to ensure that all your questions are answered. If you have a suggestion you would like to provide feedback on, Then, there is no problem. You will get live feedback during the call. If you have a marketing material, a client-related case, a website, or anything else you'd like help with, bring it up in the call, and we'll give you the clarity you need. Every workshop and every question and answer is recorded, so you can watch and listen to it if you miss a call.
