Competent advisors
They are the shadow figures behind the success of great empires and exceptional organizations
Introduction
The ability of change management today is what provides competitive excellence and gives flexibility to effectively adapt to the overcrowded world with its quickly changing variables. This ability is reflected in the organization`s roles, structures, procedures, projects, and leadership competencies. Success is achieved in a consistent and effective manner only when there are honest consultants who have the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to guide governments, organizations, and individuals. They all know what they can do to be among the leading countries, exceptional organizations, and successful individuals.
The end result lies in individuals adopting change quickly and more effectively, making organizations capable of responding quickly according to the requirements of each stage, adopting strategic initiatives, new solutions, tools, and techniques in a faster manner that contributes to raising the rate of productivity. This ability does not come by chance, but rather it requires a strategic approach led by consultants who know exactly how to do about things.
Historically speaking, consulting is considered one of the most sensitive professions in the world, as the righteous consultants reform countries, their governments, organizations, and individuals. History books abound with many stories that talk about consultants who saved empires from falling, and others who contributed to building them. On the other hand, there are consultants who were responsible for the fall and disintegration of countries, the deterioration of their organizations and individuals, and the lack of their talents. When we look closely at advanced countries, we find that one of the foundations of their development is the development of the consultant`s mission until there are consulting offices and studies centers in which responsible consultants work. For example, most of Japan`s political and economic decisions, in particular, are not issued by politicians, but rather they are issued by government-supported studies centers where politicians and economists adopt them only as a guide. The more countries, governments, organizations, and individuals have competent consultants among them, the wiser the decisions become, the more profitable the outcome, and the less effort is expected compared to great results and sweeping victories, which is proven to be constant throughout history.

History only remembers the victors.
The first supporter of the rulers of all great empires that achieved unrivaled victories were unique consultants appointed for their distinctive qualities of intelligence, acumen, and wisdom. Those who hired them had to listen to them and take action according to their unique wisdom, as they were the mastermind of the establishment and longevity of great empires.

Genghis Khan, called the "Universal King", was one of the most prominent greats who engraved their names in history books. He was able to make the strongest and largest achievements in history in a short period of time, which can only be described as miracles. The Mongols founded the greatest empire in the history of the world under Genghis Khan`s leadership in a very short time. At the end of his reign, the Mongol Empire stretched from the Pacific Ocean to the Caspian Sea; That is, it was twice the size of the Roman Empire, and then expanded even more in the era following his years of rule. His success was driven by his most prominent consultant, Yelu Chucai, who was a philosopher and physician, and whose most important consultations saved 10 million Chinese with great intelligence.
In addition, Alexander III of Macedonia, known by many other names, most notably "Alexander the Great, Alexander III, Alexander of Macedonia, and Alexander the Two-Horned", is the founder of one of the largest and greatest empires known to the ancient world, which stretched from the coasts of the Ionian Sea in the west to the Himalayas in the east. Despite his young age and short life, he managed to engrave his name among the greatest kings and princes who have ruled throughout history. It is no secret that there are more than 40 cities that bore the name "Alexandria" worldwide even though he died at the age of 32, which is a confusing mystery! The most prominent person behind his success is Aristotle, who accompanied Alexander as a friend, teacher, and consultant. Alexander learned the principles of medicine, ethics, logic, religion, and art from him. This made him one of the most successful military leaders in his career for he was never defeated in any battle.
Likewise, Salah Al-Din Al-Ayyubi, the founding leader of the Ayyubi state, and the hero called "Al-Malik Al-Nāṣir", whose talents and abilities emerged in a way that impressed everyone. With his great achievements, he occupied a prominent place among world leaders and history makers, as he eliminated the stage of retreat and defeat and established the stage of victories and conquests, so he was able to conquer the Crusaders in their souls, minds, and hearts, which had never happened to any Crusader leader at all. He was familiar with seeing the dead, but he hated seeing blood. He was described as a merciful, kind, and civilized leader in the era of bloodshed, and he hated the rudeness, harshness, and cruelty. Such qualities attracted the attention of his contemporary Muslims and Crusaders until they called him "The greatest man on earth," and they called him "One of the greatest kings of the world." His achievements were not only military, but they were primarily humane. Behind his outstanding human personality was his Jewish consultant, Maimonides, who contributed to building his intellectual system of tolerance and coexistence with religions.

At the level of great consultants is the consultant Sun Tzu, the Chinese general, military expert, and philosopher, who is famous for his military genius. He wrote a group of strategic military articles collected in a book named The Art of War. Sun witnessed the transformation of the Chinese society from slave to feudal society. Wars abounded between more than 130 small kingdoms, which eventually led to the emergence of five powerful kingdoms that disputed among themselves over power and rule. These long wars were attended by Sun Tzu. They increased his military experience, refined his talents, and increased his wisdom. All of this made the king at that time appoint Sun Tzu as the commander-in-chief and consultant of the Kingdom of Qi`s army, who then trained soldiers, refined their skills, expanded the Kingdom`s borders, and helped achieve sweeping victories one by one. His extreme wisdom influenced Hitler, Genghis Khan, and many of the world`s leaders who considered Sun Tzu`s rule as a guide.

The present day is not void of people working in the shadows who were behind the most successful figures in our world today. For example, behind the first success of Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, was Ronald Wayne, with whom he agreed to draft a partnership agreement to establish Apple. Then after his intervention to resolve the dispute between Jobs and Wozniak, they asked him to be a 10% partner in the company.
Likewise, Ray Kroc, the founder of the famous McDonald`s restaurant chain, did not get real profits until he met "Harry Sonneborn", who is a finance and business genius and who combined the idea of real estate with franchise grants. The company`s profits then reached unimaginable records.
As for the GE empire, which is a pillar of the American industry, there is the consultant Jack Welch. He came to GE empire when it was a company with a market value of $12 billion. However, he was called “Manager of the Century” and the “Business Legend” due to his huge efforts in building the GE empire when he contributed to raising its market value to $410 billion before leaving it
Looking at all the above stories, we find that the great empires, exceptional organizations, and individuals who engraved their names on the pages of history had " competent consultants" working, whose role was the wise who provided wisdom to all who requested it with approaches, tools, and solutions that save time and double success in an unprecedented way.
