The Code of Standards and Ethics for MMB® Consultants

Privileged consultants in MMB® are expected to behave in a way that promotes credibility and quality, builds distinct reputation by adhering to ethical and performance standards, and takes all responsibilities and liabilities resulting from them.

Ethics Standards

    Client interest: Consultants in MMB® must realize that the client interest is the highest priority in any consulting process. So, they must perform all the consulting business with integrity, honesty, and the highest degrees of objectivity and professionalism.

    Avoid conflicts of interests: Consultants in MMB® must not engage in any dealings in which a conflict of interest or expectation of a conflict of interest may exist without first discussing the potential conflict with their clients. In the event of a conflict of interest, the consultant must immediately discontinue working and discuss this conflict with the client.

    Privacy: Consultants in MMB® must strictly maintain the confidentiality of all information they obtain from the client, and they must not disclose any confidential, privileged, or private information to any person in connection with the client's business or the clients themselves without written consent or explicit verbal consent from the client.

    Avoid disgraceful acts: Consultants in MMB® must not commit any immoral or illegal acts that discredit MMB® or any of its other consultants.

Performance Standards

    Professional qualification: Consultants in MMB® are content to accept consulting tasks they can reasonably expect to accomplish with a high degree of efficiency within the time period agreed upon with the client. If the consultant does not have the required competence and confidence to accomplish the tasks assigned to them for the first time as an opportunity to provide consulting services, they must strive to acquire this competence through study, additional research, and requesting support before accepting such tasks.

    Providing necessary professional care: Consultants in MMB® must perform all tasks with a degree of professional care, attention to details, and follow up when necessary until the greatest results of the projects are achieved.

    Understanding and Communicating with the Client: Consultants in MMB® must communicate clearly and transparently with the client, whether the communication is oral or written. Also, they must determine the scope of work to be completed, develop a work plan, and outline the responsibilities of each party in completing the consulting tasks.

    Continuous Learning: Consultants in MMB® must maintain professional competence by staying up to date with all matters related to providing consults to both small and large organizations.
All consultants in MMB® are fully committed to being fully aware of the Ethics and Principles of MMB® in all their work and to contribute to their acquisition and promotion.
