The wise man and (MMB®)

Throughout human history, humanity has become accustomed to the presence of the early wise character, as their role is deeply rooted in history. The more the crises intensified, the more the need for the wise increased, and the sense of anticipation of their coming and seeking for them grew, and people were prepared to accept them and join under the banner of their brilliant wisdom. As soon as the wise comes, hopes, dreams, and aspirations come true. It is them who pull people out of misery to hope to see the sun of happiness and gain prosperity. The promised dream and the sought hope have always been and remains the wise role of the great empires, exceptional organizations, and successful individuals.

The presence of the wise man in people's lives was not limited to any time at all. To this day, there are many who seek wisdom, whether they are individuals wishing to succeed, organizations, ministries, governments, leaders, or managers. Behind the success of those all were wise people who played the role of consultants, mentors, teachers, and friends in the shadows. They are the ones on the list of senior consultants and intellectuals around the world.

In MMB®, we provide high-level consulting services by presenting consultants walking on solid ground with rooted foundations based on principles and ethics through which they employ their leadership, consulting, and human competence and undergo qualitative training programs that provide them with up-to-date knowledge, most powerful skills, and the best experiences to understand global culture and enhance their humanity as the leaders of the next generation, as they truly enjoy the results that speak for them.

Our experiences with clients provide us with an insight which the purely theoretical perspective followed by others does not provide. We have a unique consulting business model based on the principles and ethics we follow. It consists of five stages, each of which requires the implementation of very different and distinct tasks, and it includes organizations and individuals, both subject to rapid and permanent change. This is what makes consulting fun and unpredictable as well!

There are always clear indications that make wisdom seekers look for someone who guides them to the essence and heart of wisdom. Those seekers may face current challenges, or they may want to seize specific opportunities or create future opportunities. Whatever they are looking for, the shortest way to reach wisdom is to look for someone who has it to guide them and present it to them in ways that save time and effort. When the seekers of wisdom find the wise they are looking for, this wise usually provides the solid ground that helps the seekers by drawing features of the relationship between them. This is translated by concluding a preliminary agreement on initial goals and results to be achieved at the end of this relationship.

In MMB®, we begin the first stages of consulting business by understanding the client's business and organizational needs and by developing the relationship with the client. Also, we clearly define the roles of consultants and clients, and we discuss the expectations and results that will be everyone's responsibility. Most importantly, we work to get the initial approval of objectives, expected accomplishments, and outcomes. All of this is done according to the following principles:

  • circle passion changes the world: We deliver completely life-changing results for our clients. We have devoted our time and effort so that the results speak for us, and the rest is only stating the obvious.

  • circle quality is the path of leadership: We believe that the traditional technique of management, leadership, systems, and procedures contains a percentage of error. If not, then it has many wasted opportunities, and we exist in this world to achieve unparalleled reform and development.

  • circle honest consultants are truth tellers: We charge our fees to tell the truth as it is, not as we want it to be. So, we are open-minded and honest at all times, no matter how bad the news is. If the client does not want to hear this from us, the relationship between us is not healthy. We never do projects because we have to, but rather because we enjoy fulfilling our passion. We do not have an urgent need to build a huge company and take over every project presented to us. Hence, we are selective about the types of projects we work on and about the nature of clients we deal with to maintain our passion in achieving maximum results

  • circle what is identified can be managed: If we cannot identify the project and agree on the result, we do not take over the task. Also, if we cannot agree on a budget and value for our services based on the expected outcomes, we do not continue. We only accept projects that we are qualified to work on, and we do not spend more time working on the task than it ever requires.
