In MMB® we begin the first stages of the consulting business by preparing for new learning that meets the needs of the organization for the client, understands the roots, and points to where the change takes place. The linking stage aims to prepare members of the organization to engage in learning in the best possible way, and we believe that everyone agrees with us that the first step of any education is to attract the attention of individuals to make them feel its importance and to open their appetite to the maximum to learn. At this stage, we link the organization's members to the learning solutions that are physically, socially, and emotionally inspiring, before, during, and after the consulting solutions. This stage is like preparing the land for planting seeds, and the more it is done correctly, the higher the chances that the consulting solutions will succeed in acquiring new learning.

The interaction of the organization, its work teams, and its members with new information or skills!

At this stage, we in MMB® delve into the depths of the organization, performance, the business itself, and its staff in order to provide solutions and products that bridge gaps and stem from precise objectives to deliver the highest results from new learning.

This stage is simply the first "confrontation" between the members of the organization and the new learning solutions. It aims to push the members of the organization to interact positively with it. Then the necessary information is provided to them to start solving the problems that have been discovered, by giving them the opportunities to form their own meanings through various activities, tools, and procedures.

The integration of new learning into the organization, its work teams, and its members!

At this stage, we in MMB® identify with the client the causes and consequences, develop them according to the major objectives of the project, provide them with effective solutions, and develop with the client the methods of presentation, activities, and procedures until the desired objectives of the project are achieved.

The practice stage aims to allow enough time for the organization's members to absorb the new experience, integrate it into their own experience, and make it a part of themselves, their internal systems, beliefs and skills. This stage is the core and essence of accelerated learning as it is the actual opportunity for the organization's members to learn, and it may make up more than 70% of the total solutions in the educational process. "What the learner says or does is much more important than what the instructor says and does," Win Wenger says.

Applying new learning and skills to practical life!

In MMB® we implement solutions that highlight the power of change by dealing with all those in charge of the educational process at all levels and all stakeholders. The goal of the integration stage is ensuring that members of the organization are capable of applying what they have learned in their practical lives, and that they also expand what they have learned in ways that promote value for themselves in the first place, and then for the organizations in which they work, for the clients of their organizations, and for all those who matter. This stage is called the harvesting stage. No matter how strong the first three stages are, they will be worthless if we do not follow them with an effective integration stage.
